Where Do We Ship?
We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. We hope to expand to international destinations in the future so keep an eye on our store for updates.
How Long Will My Order Take?
Every Rivaex order is printed to order especially for you. Orders are fulfilled by our print partner and dispatched within 3 to 5 working days. Once dispatched, delivery times are as follows:
- Royal Mail 48 Tracked: 2 to 5 working days
- Royal Mail 24 Tracked: 1 to 3 working days
Please allow the full delivery window before contacting us about your order.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
We use weight based shipping, which means your shipping cost is calculated automatically based on the total weight of the items in your order. This ensures you only ever pay a fair and accurate shipping cost rather than a fixed rate that may not reflect your actual order.
Each t-shirt in your order is assigned a weight of 0.1kg. The more items you order, the heavier the parcel, and the shipping cost adjusts accordingly. Here is how the pricing works for UK orders:
For Royal Mail 48 Tracked, a single t-shirt costs £2.88 to ship. Two to six t-shirts cost £3.78. Seven or more t-shirts cost £6.29.
For Royal Mail 24 Tracked, a single t-shirt costs £3.48 to ship. Two to six t-shirts cost £4.98. Seven or more t-shirts cost £7.38.
For larger orders above 2kg, a Courier service is available starting from £11.99.
You will always be shown the available shipping options and their costs at checkout before you complete your order.
What If My Order Doesn't Arrive?
Whilst rare, parcels can occasionally go missing. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of your dispatch notification please get in touch and we will do our best to help. We always recommend checking with your local post office and confirming your delivery address as a first step.
Please note that missing orders must be reported within 60 calendar days of dispatch, after which we are unfortunately unable to offer a free replacement.
What Packaging Will My Order Arrive In?
We care about the environment. Your order will arrive in a plastic-free paper mailing bag that is fully recyclable and compostable, giving you an eco-friendly unboxing experience from purchase to doorstep.
